At SCF Property Management we handle everything from marketing, referencing and tenancy agreement preparation to swift move-ins. Rest easy knowing that you're in good hands. After the tenant collects the keys, we hand over the responsibility to you. Our Letting Only service focuses solely on finding and placing tenants in your property. You remain the landlord and manage the property yourself.
Letting Only Fee: £350–£840 per let OR 8–12% of the first year’s rent (depending on property type)

As a landlord a big concern is finding tenants you can trust to pay the rent and keep the property in good order.
In addition we conduct a follow-up visit 28 days after the agreement is signed to ensure that the new tenant is happy with their new home.
