Fully Managed Service
Scf Maintenance ONLY
Letting Only Fee: £350–£840 OR 8–12% of the first year’s rent (depending on property type)
Scf Property Management provide a full marketing service, referencing, preparation of tenancy agreements and helping the tenant move in swiftly, we hand over responsibility to you once the tenant has collected the keys.
We Will attend the property 28days after agreement signed to made sure client is happy with new home.
£750 (No VAT) + 12.5% monthly management fee.
Scf Property Management provide you with the full marketing service, taking control of the set-up, moving the tenant in and managing the tenancy from start to finish..
